Cigarette and Coffee Stains is Elizabeth Webb’s debut poetry chapbook, previously published under Elly Gibson, filled with irreverent limericks and wacky, often-nonsensical ink doodles. They completed (almost) all of the doodles during inktober-2018 with a micron pen and a sharpie.
The short book of poetry is inky, tinny, and crusty but also vintage-inspired, minimalist, and carefully-curated. Each limerick and doodle is a chunk of Webb’s soul — consider them kind of like horcruxes, if that helps you.
